Day 2: It’s Time To Fly Again

Last year, I really felt that my wings got clipped. And here I am right now writing this blog post while waiting for my flight to Singapore. It’s been seven years since I’ve last been to Singapore. It’s been seven years since I’ve been outside the Philippines. It’s the first time my latest passport got stamped at the immigration here in Manila. And it’s also my first international business travel under my own business.

 

It’s been a difficult year, yet somehow things are definitely looking up. I am praying that this weekend trip would open the doors to greater things. It’s an opportunity for me to meet new people, to learn new things, to reconnect with old friends and a former love that never pushed through. And most of all, I am having a big smile on my face as I wrap up this quick blog post.
